About Joe

Joe was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. Although he considers himself an entrepreneur, he started his career in sales when he was 14 years old while working for the Idaho Statesman, running a paper route. He would go door to door selling newpaper subscriptions to grow his route. During the summers of his junior high school years, he worked at a local fruit stand always striving to upsell his customers. After high school he entered the world of phone sales, accepting a job telemarketing tools to the construction trades. Joe worked in this industry for over 20 years in many capacities including sales representative, team leader, general manager, and owner-operator.

Joe entered the real estate business in 2014 when he partnered to purchase a commercial office building as his first investment property where he has his offices today. He has always been an advocate for the previously incarcerated community, specifically those who suffer from the disease of addiction, and in 2015 her purchased his first residential rental property which he remodeled to become the first of many transitional, "halfway", houses in his portfolio. In 2020 Joe turned this side project of transitional housing into an official business, Joe's House, LLC. To top it off, he started a construction company, Total Construction Solutions, primarily to remodel and maintain his own properties but he's been known to take on a flip project in his spare time. With this growth he's experienced, the next logical step was to go back to school to get his license as a realtor and share his knowledge in this industry. He now proudly works with Boise Premier Real Estate.

When Joe's not working you can find him enjoying the beautiful Idaho great outdoors through boating at Lucky Peak, paddleboarding Idaho's many bodies of water, hiking, mountain biking, or skiing.
